2021-Current: Designer, Salazar Architect Inc., Portland OR
Design, documentation and Revit management on affordable housing and not-for-profit projects. This includes site visits, drawing as-builts, client & consultant correspondence and coordination. Set building and printing, assembly and delivery. Bluebeam markups and sessions for team coordination. Bluebeam project for file management to consultants. Proposal layout and minor copy writing. Illustration using Revit and Enscape.
2018-2021: Architectural Staff, LSW Architects, Vancouver WA
Design and documentation for education and tenant improvement projects. MEP and consultant coordination. Client / stakeholder interviewing, collaboration and correspondence. Set printing (Revit) assembly and delivery. Bluebeam project management and coordination including uploading/downloading backgrounds & progress sets. Bluebeam sessions for internal QC. Contractor coordination including RFI responses. 2018 IBC research and adherence. Illustration using Sketchup with Enscape and Lumion. Pre-design and marketing illustration. Exhibit design for traveling exhibits and exhibit sales, including Zoo In You, and the Shake House for California Academy of Science. Project management. Space planning and coordination with exhibit houses for all incoming traveling exhibits. Illustration, graphic design, package layout and printing.
